Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to find and book parking with ParkPassGo, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the site. In practice that means, among other things:
- Everything works with a keyboard, and the focused element is always visible.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are announced and explained in text.
- Color is never the only way we show status or selection; we pair it with text and icons.
- Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content, and the layout adapts to small screens.
- Interactive targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
- Animations are reduced when your system asks for reduced motion.
- The results map has an equivalent list, so you never need the map to book.
Accessible parking
Listings show a “Wheelchair accessible” amenity where the facility reports accessible spaces or access. We cannot guarantee a specific space is free on arrival; contact the facility or us if you need help planning.
Known limitations
Some entry instructions and photos come from third-party providers and may lack alternative text. We are working through them. Documents sent by email are plain text and HTML, not PDF.
Tell us
If something is hard to use, contact us with the page and what happened. We will reply and fix what we can.
