Onboarding

Four steps to your first booking.

No setup fees and no long-term commitment. We preview your rates with you before anything goes live.

  1. Tell us about your location

    Address, entrances, hours, clearance, amenities and how drivers get in. A short form or a spreadsheet, whichever is easier.

  2. Set rates and capacity

    Hourly, daily, evening and event rates with daily maximums, plus how many spaces to sell through ParkPassGo. We preview exactly what a driver would pay before anything goes live.

  3. Connect your inventory

    Push changes through the API feed, sync a CSV on a schedule, or edit in the dashboard. Our admin CSV import uses the same columns as the direct-garages template: slug, name, facility type, address, hours, amenities, rates, redemption and cancellation terms.

  4. Go live and get paid

    Your listing appears in search results, flagged as listed directly. Bookings arrive by email and in your dashboard, drivers show their pass at the gate, and payouts settle weekly.

    Decide how many spaces to sell through ParkPassGo. Once your allocation for a window is booked, the listing shows as sold out. We never oversell.

  • Passes that work at your gate

    QR scan, plate recognition or show-the-attendant. Entry instructions are written with you and shown to every driver before they arrive.

What does it cost to list?
No setup fees. ParkPassGo earns a fee on each completed booking and you keep the rest. We walk you through the exact numbers before you list.
How and when are we paid?
Completed bookings settle weekly, with a statement that lists every booking, cancellation and fee so your records match ours.
What happens when a driver cancels?
You choose the policy: free until the start time, a cut-off before arrival, or non-refundable. The terms are shown to drivers before they pay and printed on the pass.
Do we need new hardware?
No. Passes work with a QR scan, with licence plate recognition if you already have it, or by showing the pass to an attendant. Tell us how your gate works and we set the redemption type to match.
